I have a mid-sized house (~2400 square feet) and the system will deliver sufficient volume that music or soundtracks, including dialogue, can be heard throughout my home. I also use the system to play my music wirelessly from my home computer and get excellent results. Highs are very soft with no painful sharp sounds (herd this sound with Klipsch and Bose centers} I also had a CS10 for about a week this was also a nice center but sound is much smoother and more realistic with CS20. The fit and finish are also excellent I love the way it looks. If you are looking for a great sounding center I would recommend. The only downside would be for people without much room. In August of 2006, "Universal Remote Control" the maker of the MX-700 discontinued the software downloads/upgrades for MXEDITOR which is ESSENTIAL for programming the MX-700. So this otherwise wonderful remote controller cannot be programmed, and is therefore USELESS to you. The software is still available to professional installers, authorized distributors. Amazon is not one of them. This seems to be URC's way of discouraging web sales and protecting the much higher price for the professionally installed market. This ...more
